CGI/Apache port of gheat

Apache CGI port of gheat

Uses mod_rewrite to call a gheat cgi script to generate tiles.
Tiles are cached permanently.
Once cached, calls will get tiles directly, bypassing gheat.
Reads from mongo database. Supports multiple maps.
Removed all aspen-related code (including configuration), PIL backend. (apt-get install python-pygame is easy enough)
